Registration for the 2025 conference is based on a tiered pricing model that rewards those who commit to attending well in advance. The standard registration fee will apply starting March 30, 2025. Any cancellations made before this date will entitle you to a refund, minus a $50 processing fee . Those living within the United States may register for multiple conferences at one time, but only one discounted early bird rate is given per conference. Refunds will not be given for multiple conference registrations or on social/civic partner registrations if you wish to cancel. Registration for local chapter members of the Association and Associates (employees of members) is $195, which increases to $245 after March 29, 2025. Refunds will not be processed to local chapter member/Associate members or to other members who register for one conference in advance. Non-member rates are established annually for a collective Associate/Non-Member rate.
Non-Members may not register for only Saturday or Sunday. All conference attendees must register for the full conference with the exception of volunteers. Please note that volunteers are subject to the same registration deadlines and cancellation policies as the members.
